Welcome to my little corner of the gay erotic romance universe . . . well, half of it, anyway. (You can find the other half at RachelHaimowitz.com.) This is the place to come for sneak previews of new projects, release information, and the occasional M/M book review. I'll also share thoughts on the industry on occasion, and I hope you'll come share yours in return.

Huge Sale at All Romance Ebooks Today Only!
Hello all! Just popping in to say ARe is holding a 50% rebate sale today only, site-wide. That means every one of my titles comes with a 50% rebate, and so does every one of Riptide's titles. Riptide titles are almost never discounted, so if you've been eyeballing one (or two, or ten ;-p) for a while now, today's your chance to pick it up at a rare discount.

Crescendo Cover Art and Super-sales!
Happy Memorial Day, folks! I've got such exciting things to share with you today that I'm caving in and putting Monday's post up several hours early.
First, it wouldn't be Memorial Day without a sale, and All Romance Ebooks is holding a crazy one. They're offering a 50% rebate (in store credit) on all purchases made on their site this weekend. Yes--every single book. And unlike the 50% off sales at Fictionwise, publishers and authors will still receive their full royalties on the purchases you make, so it's sweet for us as well as for you. Looking for some shopping ideas? You could purchase Counterpoint and use your rebate to get Anchored for just $0.95 ;-)
To help you take extra advantage of the sale there this weekend, I've put Sublime on sale for $1.97, which is already 36% off. After the rebate, it'll cost you just $.99! That's a two-thirds discount off the regular cover price.
Speaking of covers, let me show you the one for Crescendo: Book II of Song of the Fallen. I am so excited about this gorgeous work of art I could squeal. Er, have squealed. May yet be squealing for some time ;-D
You can click to embiggen that, but if you really want to enjoy Nathie's artistic talents in full size, then click to embiggen this full-spread one instead:
Sexy, huh? I don't know about you, but I can't wait until October 7, when I get to hold this shiny new paperback in my hands :-D

Win a Free Kindle, & It's Like High School All Over Again!
There's a popularity contest going on at D. Renee Bagby's First Chapters Blog, where people vote for the best cover, chapter, first line, and last line of all the first chapters posted at her blog in January. I'm the first to admit that the first and last sentence of Anchored's first chapter aren't the most riveting on their own (but work fine with the story, tyvm ;-p), but I do think the cover and the first chapter as a whole are pretty happening. If you think so too, I'd be delighted if you'd hop on over and vote.
Now for the bit you really care about: winning a free Kindle. Noble Romance Publishing is giving away a pre-loaded Kindle for Valentine's day, along with additional awesome prizes like a $25 gift certificate to Amazon, a $25 gift certificate to ARe, and a bunch of author swag. Want to enter? Click here.

A Moment of Squee, and Live Chat Radio!
Morning folks. I'm pretty wrapped up in Crescendo right now, but I didn't want to leave you with nothing today. So I'm taking both the easy and the horn-tooting way out by sharing with you all an upcoming event and a moment of squee.
First, tonight's event:
This evening at 11 p.m. eastern time, I'm calling in to a live internet radio show/podcast at Other Worlds of Romance. Which means you too can call in live, ask me something horrifically embarrassing, and catch me out on the air. Doesn't that sound like fun? :-p I'm told I'll be doing a reading from Anchored, and also taking questions. I'm looking forward to this with a mix of excitement and sheer terror, and I really hope you'll join me there. The call-in number is (646) 727-2932. I'd love to meet all you lovelies voice to voice!
Next, my moment of squee (click to enlarge):
Today I have two books in AllRomanceEbook's Top 5 Sci-Fi/Fantasy Bestseller List! :D It's been like this a few days now, but to be honest, I kind of kept waiting for it to disappear. Since it hasn't . . . *SQUEE!*
And of course this is all because of you wonderful folks, who have so generously decided my work is worth spending your hard-earned cash on. I know times are tight and budgets forlife-sustaining necessities luxuries like ebooks are small, so thank you all--thank you thank you thank you--for helping to make it possible for me to keep doing what I love.
/lovefest :D
