Welcome to my little corner of the gay erotic romance universe . . . well, half of it, anyway. (You can find the other half at RachelHaimowitz.com.) This is the place to come for sneak previews of new projects, release information, and the occasional M/M book review. I'll also share thoughts on the industry on occasion, and I hope you'll come share yours in return.

It's Party Time! Celebrate & Win a Nook!

Today's the official release day of Power Play: Resistance, the 90,000-word kinkapalooza (Part 1 of 2) I co-wrote with Cat Grant. To celebrate, we're going on a little blog tour round the interwebs, showering prizes at every stop. We'll be giving away backlist books and/or swag at each site we visit, and at the end of the tour, one lucky commenter will win a classic Nook pre-loaded with six titles from me and Cat.

  2. I started Power Play: Resistance at lunch today, around 1pm.

    I finished at 630pm.

My words aren't so good at the moment. Honestly, I'd like to ramble at you about my feelings and what this story has done to me, but I don't know if you'd feel comfortable with that from a total stranger. I loved it, though, and plan on reading it again. Soon.

And you ARE a sadist. It's going to hurt, the waiting.

    But I trust you.

  3. @Marybelle: Thank you kindly!

@Rosemary: Awww :D I'm thrilled to hear the story affected you so strongly--thank you for sharing! (And yep, I'm a sadist down to my little toe. My co-writer claims she isn't one at all, but I'm pretty sure she's lying ;-p)

  4. Hello Rachel,

You have wonderful characters. I have Anchored, Counterpoint 1 and Sublime and I will be getting the rest as soon as I get my new eReader.

This is an early comment but I just wanted to say “Thank You” for letting me be included in your Hop Against Homophobia. I am afraid I am not a talented m/m fiction writer like yourself but I am an avid reader of it.

I guess I do not fit into any category really since I write non-fiction for an adult studio. http://shadowsterling.blogspot.com/2012/04/studio-i-write-for.html

But this is a cause I feel strongly about and I wanted to let you know I appreciate the opportunity to be included.
