So, three fun things going on today:
1) Today's the last day to enter my drawing for a classic Nook pre-loaded with all my titles. Rules are here :-)
2) If you leave a comment on this blog post sharing why you love to read romance, I will send you something fun. Might be swag, might be a free ebook, might be a shiny new paperback romance in need of a loving home.
3) Riptide Publishing is holding its first-ever sale today! For today only, until 11:59 PM EST, every title on the Riptide website is 25% off. No coupon codes needed, no limits, no restrictions. Even the pre-sale titles are on sale. And guess which title was just this evening made available for pre-sales? You guessed it!
Click to embiggen that bit of lovely, which is hitting the streets on April 9. Unless you pre-order, of course, in which case you'll get to download it on April 7. Nervous Author will be nervous until then ~_~
That's all for now, folks. I'm off to work on the second Power Play novel, but I promise to re-emerge from the writing cave to draw a winner for the Nook contest later this week.
Happy Valentine's Day, my lovelies!
I love to read romance because of the character development that happens most often in this genre and *whispers* I'm a bit of a voyeur.

Bought Counterpoint in the Riptide sale - the excerpt made me want to read more :)
ReplyDeleteHave read Break & Enter, Master Class and Sublime - loved them all. Will try to add reviews to amazon inbetween cooking :)
Romance is awesome, especially the romance you write! Love m/m and Counterpoint is one of my all time fav books. I just finished Counterpunch, a great addition to the Belonging series. Romance is everywhere and through books we can see (hah guess I'm a voyeur too) and feel different types that maybe we wouldn't normally be exposed to. Sigh........... Awesome....
ReplyDeleteI enjoy romance, and particularly M/M romance because I find a HEA after strife uplifting. I like to read about a multitude of characters and to become engaged in their hopes, fears and struggles.
ReplyDeletePTTTT :P You have nothing to be nervous about. The book's awesome. It's awesome dipped in awesome sauce, in fact.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love to read romance because my life is pretty wonderful, except in the love department, so I keep reading to find my happy ending. :)
Love the discount, bought two books, one of them Resistance. I just love well written bdsm. And such a long story? That just makes it so much better for me!
ReplyDeleteRomance? I love it because a good romance story can make my day, I like it less when it ends badly and it breaks my day :P
I like reading romance because of the happy ending. I adore to escape from reality with my happy endings.
ReplyDeleteI love romance stories because of the character development an the escape from reality.
ReplyDeleteI great to see a character grow no matter how flawed they are. In fact I love flawed characters the most. See couple overcome all the odds just brings a smile to my face and gives me a nice warm glow
